An experienced journalist and editor who reports across the globe for a variety of media outlets, Neil edits investigative and long-form stories produced as part of the Balkan Fellowship for Journalistic Excellence.
Previously, Neil worked as the Iraq editor for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (2008-10), and as a broadcast journalist for the BBC News (2003-08).
Neil holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
