An honest question; Compiments to Mr. Anastasijevic

29 11 2007  Dejan Anastasijevic is, simply put, one of the best journalists in the  Balkans. I'm going to surprise you here and say that I don't necessarily agree with the central assumption he's making in "Serbia versus the Rest over Kosovo"... but the clarity of his thinking and the manner in which he communicates his points is what stands out to me.

Ditto for a recent article he wrote for TIME, entitled "Croatia's Approach Shot." Not quite as heavy an assignment, but also well-written.

Please pass these compliments along to Mr. Anastasijevic, if you would.

And to the three of you, an honest question:
What would you do if you were a Serb from, let's say, Gnjilane? or Velika Hoca? or... Vitina, as my son is?

Thank you, and best regards,

Rob Gulick
