20 12 2006 I found your investigative report very interesting and courageous. The phenomenon of Yugoslav passport scam (but not only passports) is very serious and costs the people of Kosova a fortune.
Unfortunately, Kosovar authorities are letting (maybe even creating conditions) that such criminals can taking advantage of others' needs. I think you have done not only your job but also the job that Kosovo police service should have done long ago.
