27 01 2007 Albena Shkodrova of BIRN Bulgaria took part in a discussion about the Serbian elections on the Tazi vecher (Tonight) programme of the Bulgarian TV channel Evropa.

Together with the host, journalist and diplomat Petur Andonov, and political analyst Vladimir Shopov, she commented on the outcome of the general election poll and on possible developments following the international community's final status decision on Kosovo.
"Serbia is like a brightly lit stage, on which an epic drama is unfolding and the moment has come for the key line, but none of the actors dares to read it out," she said, commenting on Serbian prime minister Kostinica's refusal to meet UN special envoy for Kosovo Marti Ahtisaari on February 2.
Kostunica said that he could not perform prime ministerial duties until the new government is formed.
